Best/adequate pressure washer psi to use

What would be the best/adequate bar/psi to hire for cleaning the bottom of my boat prior to blacking?

The short answer is the highest possible.
The hull needs to have all dirt, weed and loose paint removed to give a good surface for painting. It is important to hold the water jet close to the metal to get the full cleaning force of the water. The job is made easier if the pressure washing is done immediately after the boat is removed from the water.
A pressure washer that can deliver a nozzle pressure of at least 110 bar should be quite adequate.
