roof collars

Is there a collar for fitting a fire in the center of a boat

WW says:

Most collars can be used, depending on the camber of the cabin roof- good chandlers will stock different types, as will a solid fuel heating specialist (such as the chandlery at Kings Lock, at Middlewich).
Many boats do have central mounted stoves, which is far better than mounting to starboard, where it is more likely to be knocked off by tree branches when passing other boats. Ideally, mounting to port (on a narrowboat) is even better.
