WW says:

Tthe bridge heights on the Kennet and Avon Canal will definitely be an issue for you; not only the maximum height, but the width of the wheelhouse. From the Thames to Reading, the maximum height is 2.4m (around 7ft1") with the rest of the canal at 2.67m (8ft 10"). However, bear in mind that this is the maximum height, not necessarily for the width of the entire wheelhouse. It would probably be very difficult to cruise the K&A on a boat with your dimension, if not completely impossible.
You can find a full list of bridge heights for Canal and River Trust waterways at https://canalrivertrust.org.uk/media/library/1059.pdf
A good general rule-of-thumb for canals, based on Broads approximations, is that if it can clear Wroxham and Potter Heigham bridge, then it will pass on most canals. If you cannot clear these bridges, then you will struggle on most canals.
