Has anyone used Black Jack bitumen for the hull on their boat? if so, how effective was it?

WW says:

Black Jack Bituminous Paint is the standard black paint that is easy to apply but only affords basic protection.
Make sure that the surface is well pressure washed and dry before painting. Apply a minimum of two coats, three is best, and allow a decent amount of time for the paint to fully cure before putting the boat back in the water; 48hrs is best but it does depend on the conditions.
Do consider painting the base-plate; it is not the nicest job but will ensure the boat is well protected, not just the sides.
